The Problem

Light/Dark Blinds managed their entire operation through WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Client data was scattered, quotes were created manually with no templates, and there was no way to track an order from the first contact through production and installation. The team had no visibility into what was pending, in progress, or delivered.

The Solution

Built a custom CRM on SmartSuite covering the full commercial and operational cycle: client intake and contact management, quote generation with reusable product templates, production tracking, installation scheduling, and post-installation follow-up. All client interactions and order history are centralized in one system.
