Andrés Rincón

I’m Andrés Rincón — I build automation systems and lead digital transformation for businesses that need both: the strategy and the implementation. My work sits at the intersection of AI automation and organizational change. I design multi-step workflows with Make.com and n8n, build and deploy voice agents, connect CRMs and ERPs via API, and build AI-powered systems using Claude and OpenAI. When a client needs more than automation — when the process itself needs to change — I apply a structured methodology I developed for guiding businesses through operational transformation. My background is in electronic engineering, which shaped how I think about systems — inputs, outputs, dependencies, failure points. That foundation is still present in how I approach automation and process design today. I’ve also built my own business from the ground up. That experience — the decisions, the pressure, the gaps between strategy and execution — gave me a perspective on what my clients are actually going through that I couldn’t get any other way. It’s also what drew me toward this work: I know what it takes to build something that actually runs, and I want to help others do the same. I work with businesses that are serious about operational change — not just adding tools, but building systems that actually run. My long-term goal is to build a scalable transformation agency — a replicable system with a trained team and proven methodology that can help businesses at a scale I can’t reach alone.
