The Problem
Tramavenca's team spent 3+ hours manually generating PDA Proformas — a critical document in maritime logistics — using spreadsheets and email threads. Data was scattered, errors were frequent, and there was no visibility across Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
The Solution
Built the Sistema de Agente Naviero (SAN): a custom CRM on SmartSuite covering Sales, Operations, Logistics, and HR. Automated the PDA Proforma generation with pre-filled templates, approval flows, and real-time data from linked records.
